摘要
"群众路线"作为中国共产党根本的政治路线和组织路线,一直是国外媒体观察中国共产党执政方略的一个重要切入点,特别是自2013年下半年党的群众路线教育实践活动开展以来,国外媒体也把更多的目光投向了此次以"群众路线"为主题的党内教育实践活动。国外媒体观察此次群众路线教育实践活动的独特视角和主要观点:一是认为群众路线教育实践活动是十八大后严肃党纪、惩治腐败的重大举措;二是从毛泽东的政治思想出发解读群众路线活动的思想内涵;三是从中国共产党党风变化观察"群众路线"活动的实际效果;四是聚焦中国共产党开展群众路线活动的主要动因。
The ＂ mass line＂ as the fundamental political and organizational line of the communist party of China,has always been an important entry point of the foreign media to observe the general plan of governance of the communist party of China.Especially since the party＇s mass line education practice was carried out in the second half of 2013,foreign media have also paid more attention to this inner-party education practice with the subject of the ＂ mass line＂.The unique perspective and the main points of the foreign media to observe the mass line education practice is that：the mass line education practice is the major initiative for rectifying discipline and punishing corruption after the 18 th party congress;interpreting the ideological connotation of the mass line education practice from Mao Zedong＇s political thoughts;observing the actual effect of the mass line education practice from the change of the style of the CPC;and focusing on the main motivation of the communist party of China to carry out the mass line education practice.
