摘要
液压挖掘机广泛应用在建筑、矿山等领域,燃油利用率低是人们不得不面对的问题。通过对挖掘机动臂参数的分析,提出了基于蓄能器和新型液压变压器的动臂重力势能回收再利用系统,并搭建实验模型,为挖掘机的动臂液压系统节能研究提供理论参考,有效提高燃油利用率,节省能量。
Hydraulic excavator is widely used in construction, mining and other fields, but low fuel efficiency problem is that people have to face. Through analyzing excavator mobile arm parameters, based on accumulator and a new hydraulic transformer, a gravitational potential energy recycling device was proposed. The experimental model was set up. It provides theoretical reference for energy saving research on mobile arm hydraulic system, to improve fuel efficiency rate and save energy.
