摘要
目的通过对应用i Dose4迭代重建技术的低剂量鼻窦CT平扫与常规辐射剂量的CT图像质量比较,明确低剂量鼻窦CT扫描方法的临床应用可行性。方法将180例行鼻窦CT平扫的临床患者分为常规剂量组(120 k V、100 m As)和低剂量组(120 k V、50 m As),常规剂量组采用滤波反投影法FBP重组图像,低剂量组采用i Dose4 level 5迭代算法重建图像,对图像噪声SD、对比噪声比CNR、主观评价及辐射剂量进行统计分析。结果两组之间SD及CNR均无统计学差异(P=0.207,P=0.352),低剂量组辐射剂量较常规剂量组明显降低(P<0.005),冠状位重组图像主观评价两组间无统计学差异(P=0.306)。结论应用i Dose4迭代重建技术的低剂量鼻窦CT的图像质量可以满足诊断要求,同时可以降低有效辐射剂量。
Objective To assess the feasibility of low-dose CT of paranasal sinuses using iDose^4 iterative reconstruction technique. Methods 180 patients underwent CT of paranasal sinuses using conventional technique(120 k V,100 m As) with filtered back projection(FBP) image reconstruction or low-dose technique(120 k V, 50 m As) with i Dose^4 level 5 iterative image reconstruction. The image noise standard deviation(SD), contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR), qualitative image quality and radiation dose were analyzed. Results The SD and CNR between the two techniques were not different(P =0.207, P =0.352) whereas the radiation dose of low-dose technique was significantly lower than that of conventional technique(P〈0.005). There was no statistical difference in the quality of coronal reconstructed images(P=0.306). Conclusion The image quality of low-dose CT of paranasal sinuses using i Dose4 iterative reconstruction technique is adequate for diagnosis with reduced effective radiation dose.
