摘要
纸浆材料对环境具有独特的友好性,使纸浆成型工艺被越来越多地应用到家居制品行业。纸浆浓度、成型后密度等生产应用指标对于纸浆成型具有重要意义,本试验运用控制变量的方法对纸浆模塑儿童凳及手糊灯罩成型过程进行探究,对儿童凳模型进行了抗压强度检测,对灯罩进行了透光性及耐热性检测,得出合理的纸浆密度范围;采用3D打印技术进行儿童凳模具的制作,工艺简单。
Paper-pulp moulding technology has been widely applicated to the household products thanks to its unique environment friendly characteristic and good plasticity. The manufacturing parameters such as the concentration of paper-pulp, the density after moulding are of important significance in the moulding of Paper-pulp. The moulding process of paper-pulp children chair and paper-pulp manual lay-up lampshade were explorated by using control variate method. The reasonable density of the paper-pulp was calculated on the basis of the testing of compressive strength of the molding chair and the light permeabiliy and heat resistance of lampshade. The 3D-print technology adopted to fabricate the mould of mouling chair has the advantages of economical efficiency and workability.
