摘要
目的：探讨观察现阶段本辖市区儿童保健服务工作运行模式,为提高本辖市区儿童保健服务提供更多的参考。方法：结合本辖区目前儿童保健服务的实际情况,对本辖区儿童保健服务工作实施整体运作模式前后儿童保健工作的各项指标以及服务质量进行对比分析。结果：在提高0～3岁儿童系统管理率与贫血普查率等儿童保健覆盖指标方面,实施整体运作后明显优于实施整体运作前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在降低儿童常见病及行为问题等患病率方面,实施整体运作后明显优于实施整体运作前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：当前社会转变儿童保健服务观念至关重要,对儿童保健服务工作实施整体运作模式可以有效提高儿童保健工作的各项指标以及服务质量,具有极高的推广价值。
Objective：To investigate the downtown child health services operating mode at the present stage,in order to improve the downtown child health services to provide more references.Method：Combined with the actual situation of child health services of this area,the whole operation mode was implementated.The indicators and the quality of child care services were analyzed in the last.Result：Implementated the whole operation mode in this area,the improvement of the system management rate and the anemia census rate of 0-3 years old children was better than before,the significant difference was statistical significance before and after（P〈0.05）;in the reduction of common diseases and behavioral problems of children and sick rate was higher than before,the significant difference was statistical significance before and after（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Changing the concept of child health services is essential in nowadays society.The implementation of the overall operation mode can effectively improve the indicators of child care work and service quality which is with a high promotional value.
