摘要
为了解决“中油海101” 铺管船无法向50 m 以上水深铺设的难题, 优化设计出一套能够满足台湾海峡铺设要求的3 节托管架.运用OFFPIPE 软件进行DN150~DN1050 管道铺设分析,得到优化设计后的托管架托辊上载荷大小; 再通过有限元软件ANSYS 中的水动力AQWA 模块获得了铺管船的水动力运动响应结果; 最后用有限元软件ABAQUS 对托管架整体强度进行校核, 校核结果表明, 托管架结构强度满足设计要求.经过优化设计后的3 节托管架能够满足“ 中油海101” 铺管船DN150~DN1050 管100 m 水深的铺设要求, 提高了原有铺设能力和作业效率.
A tripartite stinger for “ZHONG YOU HAI 101” pipelaying vessel is optimally designed for laying pipe in Taiwan Strait to address the vessel’ s incapability of laying pipe in water deeper than 50 m?OFFPIPE soft?ware is used for DN150~DN1050 pipelaying analysis to get optimized designed load on the stinger roller?Then, hy?drodynamic motion response of the pipelaying vessel is obtained by using the hydrodynamic AQWA module in finite element software ANSYS?Finally, the overall strength of the stinger is checked by ABAQUS and meets the design requirements?The optimized designed tripartite stinger meets the requirement of laying DN150~DN1050 pipe in 100 m water by “ZHONG YOU HAI 101” pipelaying vessel, improving the pipelaying capacity and efficiency.
