摘要
围绕自然灾害档案管理面临的新形势,分析自然灾害档案的定义和特征,以及其在管理制度、档案内容和提供利用等方面存在的不足;结合减灾救灾工作需求,提出从做好灾害档案规划、丰富灾害档案内容、实现灾害档案增值、提升灾害档案服务等四方面加强自然灾害档案管理的对策建议。
Around natural disasters archivesmanagement under the new normal, and analyze the definitions, features and the existing shortage of natural disasters archives; combine with the requirements of the natural disasters reduction and relief work, put forward four suggestions of doing disaster archives plan, enriching disaster file content, realizing disaster archives value added, enhancing disaster archives service ability on strengthening management of natural disasters archives.
