外周血淋巴细胞培养基是一种染色体病检查的专用体外诊断试剂，其技术成熟，已在临床中得到广泛应用。但是还没有明确的质量标准和规范，染色体培养技术使用过程中存在许多要点，掌握要点，明确规范，对于外周血淋巴细胞培养基的质量控制具有重要作用。本文从培养箱温度、低渗液处理、染色体固定等角度探索外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养技术的质量控制方法。
