近年来，电子病历的发展越来越受到医院的重视，电子病历是医院信息化建设的重要组成部分，是一种信息资源。通过剖析电子病历的实质，从电子病历的组织、电子病历的检索以及电子病历的共享来思考电子病历，可以看到电子病历是医院临床业务信息化的核心,最终成为医院医疗和管理的核心。
