摘要
目的：探讨关节镜治疗在膝关节半月板损伤及骨性关节炎中的应用效果。方法：选取膝关节半月板损伤患者66例，膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例。所有膝关节半月板损伤患者选择半月板部分切除术或者选择次全切除术给予临床治疗。膝关节骨性关节炎患者选择关节清理术给予临床治疗。观察临床获得治疗效果。结果：所有患者手术前后的Lysholm评分有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：针对膝关节半月板损伤及膝关节骨性关节炎的患者选择半月板部分切除术、次全切除术及关节清理术手术治疗。可有效改善其Lysholm评分。
Objective： To explore the application effect of arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury and osteoarthritis in the knee joint. Methods ： 66 cases of knee joint menis- cus injury, 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected. All patients with meniscus injury of knee joint were treated with partial resection or subtotal resection. Patients with knee osteo- arthritis who choose to clean up the joints to give clinical treatment. To observe the clinical effect of treatment. Results ： All patients had significant difference in Lysholm score before and after surgery （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Select meniscal partial nephrectomy in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis of the knee meniscus injury and against, subtotal resection and joint debridement surgery. Can effectively improve the Lysholm score.
