摘要
研究分析了中国大学同质化现象的两面性,并以组织的视角厘清大学同质化的产生原因。从办学理念、办学自主权、专业设置、分类评价以及大学文化五个方面提出了建议性的改善策略,以期为中国大学的良性发展提供参考。
The dual characters of homogenization in Chinese universities are explored and the causes for the homogenization are discussed from the aspect of organization environment. Constructive strategies including the idea of running universities,the autonomy of running universities,speciality setup,classified evaluation and college culture are offerred for the sake of providing references for the healthy development of universities in China.
