摘要
以6个甜玉米自交系及其杂交F1后代为材料,分析了甜玉米种子发育过程中种子活力变化、活力指标间的相关性及其杂种优势。结果表明:甜玉米种子活力随种子成熟度的增加而增加,不同杂交组合的最佳采收时间不同;不同基因型种子的百粒重、发芽势、发芽率、苗鲜重、活力指数存在显著差异,活力指数与发芽势、发芽率显著相关,与百粒重相关性较小;F1种子的百粒重呈现负向杂种优势且与母本显著正相关,可通过选用百粒重大的母本增加杂交F1种子的百粒重,而活力指数有较大的正向中亲优势且受低值亲本影响显著,应避免使用活力指数过低的亲本。
The heterosis of seed vigor, the relationships among seed vigor characters, and the changes of seed vigor in F1 during seed development stage were analyzed with six sweet corn inbred lines and their F1 hybrids. The results indicated that seed vigor increased along with seed development and the optimum harvest date was influenced by genotype. The 100-seed weight, germination rate, germination potential, fresh weight of seedlings and vigor index showed significant differences among different genotypes. Vigor index showed significantly positive correlations with germination rate and germination potential, and no significant correlation with lO0-seed weight. The lO0-seed weight of F1 seeds showed negative heterosis and significantly positive correlation with female parent, while the vigor index had positive heterosis and affected by low-vigor parent significantly. It was suggested that 100-seed weight and seed vigor of F1 seeds could be improved by applying female parent with high 100-seed weight and avoiding using low vigor parent.
