摘要 本文以提高转子系统稳定性为主要目标,结合实际的工业离心压缩机,研究轴承预负荷对对数衰减率、瓦温、功率损耗以及润滑油量的影响。并在此基础上,根据不同瓦块的受载分布,研究混合型预负荷的可倾瓦轴承,结果表明:混合型预负荷轴承具有低预负荷的稳定性特性,也兼有高预负荷支撑能力强的特性,并且还具有更低的瓦温和功率损耗。 The effects of preload of bearing on log decrement, pad temperature, power consumption and lube consumption were investigated in this paper by combining the practical industrial centrifugal compressor with the main purpose to improve the stability of rotor system. Based on this, a new tilting bearing structure with mixed preload was studied according to the load distribution on the different pads, and the result indicated that the bearing with mixed preload handled both stability characteristic of low preload bearing and high capacity of high preload bearing, and it had even lowered pad temperature and power consumption.
