摘要
目的:分析穴位自血疗法联合皮肤护理治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2013年11月-2014年11月期间本院收治的120例痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者实施穴位自血疗法,研究组患者实施穴位自血疗法联合皮肤护理治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果、不良反应发生率及皮损减少情况。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗有效率,不良反应发生率及治疗2周、4周后的皮损减少程度均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在痤疮的治疗中,穴位自血疗法联合皮肤护理治疗,可以显著地改善患者的临床治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,促进患者快速的康复,减少皮损,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture point since blood therapy combined with skin care in the treatment of acne.Method：120 patients with acne in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture point since blood therapy,the research group was given acupuncture point since blood therapy combined with skin care treatment.The clinical cure effect,incidence of adverse reactions and reduce situation of skin lesions were compared between the two groups.Result：The clinical cure effect,incidence of adverse reactions and reduce situation of skin lesions 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment of the research group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of acne, acupuncture point since blood therapy combined with skin care treatment can significantly improve patients＇ clinical curative effect,reduce the adverse reactions,promote patients＇ recovery and reduce skin lesions,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
