摘要
在技术创新、产业创新的知识经济新时期,高校人力资源管理部门应当主动创新人才管理理念,并对人才资源进行科学有效的开发与管理。基于高校人力资源开发与管理新理念以及存在主要问题的分析,提出了加强和改进高校人力资源开发与管理的有效对策。
In the new period of technological innovation, industrial innovation and knowledge economy, human resources manage- ment department in colleges and universities should take the initiative to innovating talent management idea, and carry on the scien- tific and effective development and management of talents resources. Based on the analysis of the new ideas of development and management of human resources in colleges and universities and the main existing problems, the effective countermeasures are put forward to strengthen and improve the human resources development and management.
