摘要
针对煤矿井下带式输送机出现事故不能及时发现的问题,设计并研制了一种矿用带式输送机巡检机器人系统,介绍了带式输送机巡检机器人系统的组成和功能,详细论述了巡检机器人控制系统的结构和程序控制方法,该系统可实时采集带式输送机运行中的各种数据和环境信息,及时发现带式输送机工作过程中产生的问题并报警处理,为带式输送机安全生产提供保障,减轻巡检人员的负担。
Sometimes, an accident happens to the belt conveyor under coal mine, but it can't be found in time. For this problem, a mine-used belt conveyor inspection robot system is designed and developed. The composition and function of belt conveyor inspection robot system are introduced. The structure of control system of belt conveyor inspection robot and the program control methods are discussed in detail. The system can collect various status data and environment information during belt conveyor running and can find and alarm problems produced in the process of belt conveyor working in time. This system provides a guarantee for the production safety of belt conveyor and reduces the burden of inspection workers.
