护理人员兼职临床研究协调员的实践及管理 被引量：2

摘要 目的介绍护理人员作为兼职临床研究协调员(CRC)的实践和评价。方法由专业组护士担任兼职CRC,协助研究者做好临床试验。在临床试验不同阶段,按照方案要求,严格履行工作职责。药物临床试验机构办公室负责日常监管,并从工作能力、工作态度、项目质量等方面对其进行考核。结果护理人员全程参与临床试验的实施,确保临床试验的质量。因其职业背景和技术专长,与临床试验机构管理组织(SMO)派遣的CRC相比具有明显优势。结论采用护理人员兼职CRC模式可满足临床试验的管理要求,使受试者、研究者、监查员都能得到更专业、更便捷的服务。
