摘要
采用6种工艺对毛织物进行缩绒整理,探讨不同缩绒工艺、缩绒时间和压强对毛织物抗起毛起球性能和手感的影响。结果表明,采用二次烧毛与二次缩绒结合的工艺,在第一次为长时间缩绒、第二次为短时间缩绒,以及缩绒压力循序渐进变化的工艺条件下,毛织物的绒面均匀度和抗起毛起球性能较好。经过抗起球助剂CRILOTAN WRG整理后,毛织物的抗起毛起球指标可提高1级左右。
Milling finish of worsted fabric is carried out using six processes. The influences of milling processes, milling time and pressure on anti-pilling performance and hand feel of worsted wool fabric are discussed. The results show that worsted fabric features good uniformity of pile face and anti-pilling performance using the combined process of two times of singeing and two times of milling. The time of first milling is long, and the second is short during which milling pressure changes gradually. The finished worsted fabric with anti-pilling agent CRILOTAN WRG features improved anti-pilling performance by about 1 level.
