摘要
目的:观察火针点刺联合三棱针刺络治疗慢性湿疹的疗效,为本疗法提供临床依据;并通过比较各组疗效,探讨此两种疗法分别适合于慢性湿疹的何种阶段。方法:将符合标准的慢性湿疹患者随机分为4组:火针组、三棱针刺络组、火针点刺联合三棱针刺络组、西药对照组,观察其治疗前后VAS及EASI评分数据变化,判断治疗方案对于湿疹的疗效。结果:火针点刺联合三棱针刺络组见效最快。火针点刺联合三棱针刺络组疗效更优,火针治疗与三棱针刺络放血治疗疗效持续时间无差异。对于增厚性、干燥鳞屑性皮损的改善,火针见效快,且疗效呈持续性加强;对于红斑、水肿性皮损的改善,三棱针刺络放血疗效更显著。结论:火针点刺联合三棱针刺络放血治疗慢性湿疹的疗效更显著。火针更适用于苔癣化严重的湿疹类型;三棱针刺络放血对慢性湿疹急性发作引起的局部红肿、炎症效果显著。
Objective：To provide clinical evidence by observing the efficacy of integrating fire needling with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of chronic eczema.On the other side, by comparing the efficacy of differ-ent groups to make an initial definition of an appropriate method for one subtype of chronic eczema.Me thods：Divide patients into four groups randomly who met the criteria according to different treatments： fire needling group, bloodletting group, intergrated group of fire needling with bloodletting therapy, and modern medicine group.Then we compared the scores of EASI and VAS after treatment with those before treatment to choose the best therapy.Results：The method of combination of fire needling and bloodletting could more quickly gain the effect.The quickest method to improve the itching of the skinis was fire needling.There was no difference be-tween two therapies in the duration of response.The fire needling therapy could more quickly improve the thick-ened and dryscaly lesions, and the effect was continuously strengthened;while the effect of bloodletting therapy was more pronounced for erythema and edema lesions.Conclusion：The treatment of combination of fire needling and bloodletting therapy has the most pronounced effect on chronic eczema.The fire needling therapy is more suitable for the type of eczema which is proliferative and scaly;while to improve the condition of local swelling and acute inflammation,the bloodletting therapy plays a significant role.
