摘要
分别在磷酸盐电解液中以及由磷酸盐与锡酸盐组成的电解液中对纯钛进行微弧氧化,制备了纯TiO2膜和SnO2-TiO2复合膜,利用FESEM、XRD、EDS、XPS、UV-可见光分光光度计等表征了膜层的形貌、相组成及光催化性能。结果表明:纯TiO2膜由金红石型和锐钛矿型TiO2及纯钛相组成,且其表面的孔隙分布不均匀;多孔SnO2-TiO2复合膜表面的孔隙分布均匀,膜层由金红石和锐钛矿型TiO2、纯钛以及SnO2相组成,其光催化性能明显优于纯TiO2膜。
TiO2film and SnO2-TiO2 composite film were prepared on the surface of pure titanium by microarc oxidation in phosphate electrolyte and composite electrolyte of phosphate and stannate,respectively.XRD,FESEM,EDS,XPS and UV-Vis spectrophotometry were used to characterize the surface morphology,phase composition and photocatalytic property of the films.The results indicate that the TiO2 film was mainly composed of anatase TiO2,rutile TiO2 and pure titanium phases with an uneven pore distribution surface.However,the pore distribution was uniform in the surface of SnO2-TiO2 composite film mainly composed of anatase TiO2,rutile TiO2,SnO2 and pure titanium phases.The photocatalytic property of SnO2-TiO2 composite film was obviously better than that of single TiO2 film.
