大跨度平顶直墙暗挖通道穿越高危风险源施工技术 被引量:7

摘要 北京市新裕商务大厦与新景商务大厦地下暗挖通道结构断面跨度大,穿越众多高危风险源,同时地层松散、自稳能力差,施工过程易对地面、管线的沉降及既有地铁的变形产生影响。通过软件计算结构受力证明了工程结构内力特性,采用合理的暗挖开挖及初期支护施工方法,同时运用对穿越高危风险源段的土体加固措施等暗挖控制关键技术,保证工程施工安全,有效控制暗挖施工对地面、管线的沉降及既有地铁的变形。 The span of the structure section for the subsurface excavation underpass of Beijing Xinyu Business Building and Xinjing Business Building is large,which pass through many high risk sources,and the self-stabilization ability for loose formation is poor,the construction process often has effect on the ground,pipe settlement and the deformation of the existing subway. This paper calculates structure stress by software which explains the internal force characteristics of the engineering structure. Reasonable subsurface excavation and primary support construction methods are used. Meanwhile,subsurface excavation control technology is used by strengthening soil body crossing high risk sources,which ensure the safety of the engineering construction,and effectively control the effect of subsurface excavation on the settlement of ground and pipeline,and the deformation of the existing subway.
