摘要
为了分析深海特殊环境下液压元件中O形圈的往复密封性能,基于ANSYS软件建立了O形圈的二维往复运动模型,分析了不同工况下O形圈接触应力和摩擦应力的分布及往复运动过程中应力大小变化情况。结果表明:深海各种工况下,O形圈可实现往复密封;往复运动开始时应力不断变化,之后趋于稳定;深海高压环境对O形圈密封性能影响很小,可以忽略不计。
In order to analyze the reciprocating seal performance of O-ring in hydraulic cartridge valve under the deep-sea special environment, the two-dimensional model of O-ring reciprocating seal structure was created based on the ANSYS software. The friction and contact stress of O-ring for different conditions and the stress changes in the process of reciprocating motion were analyzed. The re- sult shows that the O-ring can realize reciprocating seal performance for different conditions under deep-sea, The stress changing at the beginning of reciprocating motion, then tends to be stable. The high pressure of deep sea environment has little influence on the O-ring sealing performance and it can be neglected.
