摘要
分析了洞庭湖区气候变暖的主要事实和在气候背景下农业气象灾害的变化特点,并按科学发展观要求,提出了加强气象为农服务的一些思考。结果表明,洞庭湖区气候变暖是始于20世纪80年代中期,从1996年开始年平均气温呈现单边上升趋势;从2005年开始进入加速升温时期;冬、春两季气候变暖更为明显。低温冷害频率减少但强度没有减小;洪涝减少;干旱发生频率增加;高温热害有增加的趋势。
The climate warming in Dongting Lake area and variation characteristics of agricultural meteorological disasters were analyzed. According to the Scientific Outlook on Development, thoughts on strengthening meteorological service were put forward. The results showed that the climate in Dongting Lake is warming in the mid 1980＇s, the annual average temperature showed unilateral upward trend from 1996; Dongting Lake has entried a accelerating period of the temperature from 2005; climate warming is more obvious in winter and spring. The frequency of chilling damage is reduced but the strength does not reduce, the frequency of flooding is reduced, the frequency of drought increased; high tem- perature damage increased.
