摘要
随着全球化浪潮的兴起,乡村旅游活动越来越受到人们的青睐。通过乡村旅游,游客可以体验到与城市不一样的景色和文化,但也将城市文化带入到乡村中,并在一定程度上引导着乡村文化的变迁。傣族作为具有浓厚民族特色的一个民族,其饮食"傣味"被作为一个文化符号存在于游客对傣族的认知中。为了迎合来自不同地域游客的口味,傣味在口味、食材选择、烹饪方式上都做出了相应的改变。乡村旅游不仅是城市文化与乡村文化沟通的一道桥梁,也是傣族饮食文化变迁的因素。
With the rise of globalization, rural tourism attracts more and more people of all ages.Through the rural tourism, visitors can experience scenery and culture that are different from city and also bring urban culture into rural culture, which leads the changes of rural culture to some extent.Dai people are a nation with strong ethnic characteristics and "Dai flavor" of their food exists in the perception of visitors as a cultural symbol. In order to cater to the tastes of tourists from different regions, "Dai flavo" has made appropriate changes in taste, ingredient choice and cooking methods. Rural tourism is not only a bridge of communication between urban culture and rural culture, but also factors of cultural changes of Dai food.
