摘要
南通与苏州位居"沪苏通"小金三角的两角,地缘相近,人缘相通,经济相融,苏州人才工作走在全省全国前列。文章通过数据分析总结了南通在综合竞争力、人才发展指数、人才总量、人才分布、产业结构、研发机构、开发开放平台、人才政策、服务体系、下辖县(市)经济社会发展水平等多个方面与苏州人才工作的差距,进而提出了进一步优化政策环境、体制环境、载体环境、生活环境、人文环境等对策。
Nantong and Suzhou are in the corners of "Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong" triangle. These two citiesare close in geology and talents, blended in economy. Suzhou personnel work is pioneering in Jiangsu andChina. This paper conducted a comprehensive comparison between the two cities from both the city's com-prehensive competitiveness, human development indicators, total amount of talent, talent distribution, industri-al structure, research institutions, develop an open platform, service system, personnel policy, multiple per-spectives jurisdiction the county (city) level of economic and social development and then proposed counter-measures to further optimize the policy environment, institutional environment, support the environment, livingenvironment and human environment.
