摘要
民居建筑的形成是长期适应自然,利用自然的结果,蕴藏着许多可持续生态思想和综合改善居住环境的宝贵经验。扬州市南河下低碳示范区是当地政府与美国可持续发展社区协会(简称ISC)的合作项目,以历史环境下民居建筑的低碳规划、建筑节能、绿化减排为建筑目标。项目运用低碳技术达十一项之多,是与地域风貌有机结合的实践案例。由于低碳社区是低碳民居设计最根本的起点,在介绍示范区低碳技术原理与方法的同时,跨出示范模式,从社会生活层面探析低碳社区营造和民居建筑可持续保护利用。
The formation of vemacular dwellings resulted from the long-term adaptation to the nature and the use of nature, which contains much valuable experience of sustainable ecological thoughts and comprehensive improvement in living envionment. Nanhexia low- carbon demonstration region is a cooperation project by Yangzhou city govemment and Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC for short). The project takes the aim at low-carbon plan, energy conservation in building, verdurizaction and emission reduction m historical conditions. The number of low-carbon technologies used in the project is up to eleven and the project is a practice case which is org^fically combined with regional features. The low-carbon commtmity is the the most fundamental origin of low-carbon vernacular dwellings design. Therefore, this study not only introduces the principle and method of low-carbon technology in demonstration region, but also steps out of the demomtrafion temphte to research and analyse low-carbon community construction and sustainable protection use of vernacular dwellings.
