摘要
                
                    茶树新品系铁香茗制茶具有天然的兰花香,但至今尚未明确其亲本来源。本文采用针对开放式阅读框扩增的SRAP标记中的21对引物,对铁香茗及选取的40个有代表性的茶树品种进行扩增,获得共81条带,其中多态性带数为77条,平均每对引物组合产生3.7条带,其多态性比率为60%-100%,平均为95.32%。铁香茗与金萱相似系数最近,达到0.8,并且与适制乌龙茶品种和来自福建的品种亲缘关系较近,据此推测,铁香茗的父母本或者一方来源于福建并且是适制乌龙茶的品种。
                
                The tea made by new tea cultivar Tiexiangming carries natural orchid flavor, but its parental source is still unkown. This experiment used the 21 pairs of primers in SRAP molecular markers amplified from the open reading frame and 81 bands were obtained from the amplification of Tiexiangming and other 40 representing tea cultivars, among which 77 of them were polymorphic bands. Each pair of primers produce average 3.7 bands, and 60% ~100% of them were polymorphic, averaging 95.32%. The similarity coefficient between Tiexiangming and Jinxuan reach nearly 0.8. and it has closer relationship with the oolong tea cultivars and those from Fujian. It' s speculated that the parents or one part of its parents of Tiexiangming originated from Fujian or oolong tea cultivars.
