摘要
采用Sysmex UF-1000i尿有形成分分析仪和AX-4280尿干化学分析仪测定尿标本,同时进行尿细菌定量培养。把测定值与尿培养金标准比对,干化学法白细胞酯酶和UF-1000i细菌计数结果的一致性适中,与亚硝酸盐结果的一致性较低,与尿白细胞计数结果的一致性极高。细菌定量培养的特异性、灵敏度及一致性高于UF-1000i白细胞计数。UF-1000i在临床快速诊断尿路感染时应用价值较高。
Sysmex UF-1000 i Urine Visible Component Analyzer is adopted and AX-4280 Urine Dry Chemistry Analyzer is used to identify samples. At the same time uric bacteria are cultured quantitatively. Compared the measured value with Urine Culture Gold Standard, it is found that leucocyte esterase by dry chemical method is in moderate consistency with UF-1000 i bacterial on the counting result, low consistency with the Nitrite, high consistency with Leukocyte. The specificity, sensitivity and consistency of quantitative bacterial culture are higher than that of white blood cell counting of UF-1000 i. Therefore, UF-1000 i has a high application value in the rapid diagnosis of urinary tract infection in clinic.
