摘要
目的:进一步加强快检工作,保质保量地完成"十二五"规划的相关任务。方法:介绍近几年快检工作的发展和取得的成绩,深入分析实践工作中的困难和问题。结果与结论:近年来,快检工作在各个方面取得了较好成绩,已经成为打击假劣药品的有力武器,对基层药品监管起到了强有力的支撑作用,但是基层单位快检设备陈旧、近红外方法在应用过程中存在不足、基层现用的快检方法不能满足实际需要等问题也比较突出。为了进一步发挥快检在药品监管工作中的重要支撑作用,需要从加强经费保障、加强协作机制建立等多方面着手完善基层快检工作,力争到2015年底保质保量完成"十二五"规划及指导意见所提出的任务。
Objective： To further speed up the rapid detection work and fulfill the quality and quantity requirement of the relevant tasks in the 12 th five-year plan. Methods： The development and achievements of rapid detection work in recent years were introduced and the difficulties and problems encountered in practical work were deeply analyzed. Results and Conclusion： In recent years, good results have been achieved in each aspect of rapid detection which has become a powerful weapon to crack down on counterfeit and low-quality drugs, and has offered strong support for the grassroots drug regulation. However, there are significant problems existing in the grassroots institutions such as obsolete equipment for rapid detection, inadequate application of near infrared methods and dissatisfaction of practical needs using current rapid detection methods in grassroots level. To further play the important supporting role of rapid detection in the work of drug regulation, the grassrootslevel rapid detection should be improved from various aspects such as strengthening the funds safeguard and the establishment of collaboration mechanism, so as to accomplish the proposed tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed in the 12 th five-year plan and guidance by the end of the year 2015.
