宁夏西海固地区棘球绦虫感染的流行病学调查 被引量:7

Epidemiological Investigation on Echinococcus Infections in XHG-areas of Ningxia

摘要 为了解宁夏西吉、海原和原州区(简称西海固地区)的棘球绦虫的感染情况,用PCR方法检测犬粪中棘球绦虫DNA,用ELISA法检测B超筛查阴性的青少年儿童血清中抗棘球绦虫特异抗体(反映周围环境棘球绦虫卵的污染)。采用SPSS20.0统计分析资料,2检验比较不同组间阳性率的差异。结果显示,西海固地区,在检查的2 175份犬粪中,细粒棘球绦虫(E.g-DNA)阳性率分别为9.87%、6.10%、7.00%;多房棘球绦虫(E.m-DNA)阳性率分别为6.40%、1.52%、3.37%。在检查的5 706份人血清中,抗E.g抗体阳性率分别为45.46%、36.23%、42.18%,抗E.m抗体阳性率分别为8.38%、7.03%、20.48%。从终末宿主(狗)感染率和人血清抗体阳性率(非生活史中间宿主)可以证明两型棘球绦虫在该地区的传播流行非常活跃。 To reveal the transmission dynamics of Echinococcus species in Xiji, Halyuan counties anct Guyuan district (referred as XHG areas), and to provide a scientific basis for integrating of disease control in the areas, PCR method for dog copro-DNA detection and ELISA assay for discovery of the sero-antibodies against Eg/Em-antigens amongst ultrasound negative teenagers (caused by egg-ingestion indicating the environmental Echinococcus egg-contaminations) were carried out. The data were input into SPSS 20.0 for management and analysis. Chi-square test was used for the comparisons of the different positive rates be- tween groups. P〈0.05 was considered as different significantly. The results showed that, amongst the 2 175 dog copro-samples, the Eg-DNA positive rates of 9.87%, 6.10% and 7.00%, and the Em-DNA positive rates of 6.40%, 1.52% and 3.37O/oo occurred in Xiji, Haiyuan counties and Guyuan, respectively. The positive rates of the sero-antibodies against Eg-antigens were 45.46% ,36.23% and 42.18%; against Eraantigens were 8.38%, 7.03% and 20.48%, respectively, amongst 5 706 teenagers in the areas. The results of parasite-DNA detection from dogs, and the sero-antibody positive rates amongst teenagers provided the strong evidences that the transmission dynamics of the two types of Echinococcus species were active there.
