摘要
介绍了国内外不同类型首套柴油加氢工程化技术的特点及后续的技术改进(其中AXENS公司将中压加氢裂化与直馏柴油加氢脱硫集成,生产硫质量分数小于10μg/g的柴油调合组分),阐述了待工程化的柴油加氢技术现状(例如SINOPEC以柴油为原料,采用特定馏分油循环方式,开发了多产重整料的加氢改质技术,该技术在适宜的工艺条件下,生产硫和氮总质量分数小于0.5μg/g的重整原料及硫质量分数小于10μg/g、十六烷值大于51、满足欧Ⅴ排放标准的柴油)。分析了我国柴油加氢技术工程化与国外的差距,探讨充分利用我国已工程化的柴油加氢装置进行技术开发的途径,指出我国柴油加氢技术工程化发展方向:1开发混合床型的柴油加氢工程技术,满足日益严格的柴油产品质量要求;2开发新型柴油加氢工程技术,降低装置投资和能耗;3开发柴油加氢专用反应器内构件,提高催化剂效能;4开发零泄漏的高压换热技术,生产高清洁柴油产品。
The features of engineering technologies of different types diesel hydrogenation unit both in China and abroad and afterward technical improvement (AXENS' integration of medium-pressure hydrocrac- king and straight-run diesel hydrodesulfurization to produce diesel blending component with less than 10 μg/g sulfur) are introduced. The status of diesel hydrogenation technologies to be engineered is described ( such as SINOPEC's hydro-upgrading technology for maximized production of CCR feed from diesel feedstock using special distillate circulation. Under the proper conditions, the CCR feed with 0.5μg/g sulfur and nitrogen and Euro V diesel with less than 10 μg/g sulfur, greater than 51 cetane number can be produced. ) The gap between domestic diesel hydrogenation engineering technologies and overseas diesel hydrogenation technologies is analyzed. The ways for the full utilization of existing proven engineering technologies of diesel hydrogenation units in technology development are studied. The development orientations of engineering technologies of diesel hydrogenation are pointed out : ( 1 ) development of engineering technology of mixed-bed diesel hydrogenation to meet increasingly strict specifications of diesel oil, (2) development of state-of-art engineering technology of diesel hydrogenation to reduce capital investment and energy consumption of the unit, (3) development of dedicated reactor internals for diesel hydrogenation to improve no-leakage high-pressure heat exchange technology to produce catalyst performances and (4) development of highly clean diesel product.
