左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在顽固性功能失调性子宫出血中的应用被引量：2

摘要目的:对左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)用于治疗顽固性功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效进行评价分析。方法:选取2011年3月—2014年1月因月经量过多前来我院就诊的221例患者,确诊顽固性功血的患者63例,均于月经来潮7天内或诊刮术后第5天,给予放置曼月乐,对比分析患者放置前后的月经量、贫血改善情况。结果:经曼月乐疗效观察,治愈55例(87.3%),无效8例(12.7%)。结论:曼月乐用于治疗顽固性功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切,可有效减少月经量,改善贫血,减少手术的可能性及术后并发症的发生。
