摘要
研究具有脉冲接种和垂直传染的时滞SEIVR乙肝模型,根据乙肝疾病特点,将潜伏者分为染病初期处于潜伏期和染病后期继而出现的一种转移状态.运用脉冲比较微分方程和分析理论,分析当R1>1,R2>1时无病周期解的存在性和全局渐近稳定性,以及当R3>1时模型的持久性.
A delay SEIVR Hepatitis B epidemic model with pulse vaccination and vertical transmission was investigated. According to the characteristics of hepatitis B disease, The Lurkers were divided into infected early latent and state transfer appeared in the late.Applying the comparison theorem in impulsive differential equation and the analysis methods, the global attractiveness of the infection-free periodic solution was discussed, and sufficient condition was obtained for the permanence of the system. We also obtained thresholds R1,R2,R3 .if R1 〉 1 and R2 〉 1, the disease would die out, whereas of R3 〉 1, the disease would be oermanent.
