摘要
通过具体了解超千米深井巷道起伏布置和工作环境等地质情况,提出了带式输送机的计算依据、负荷启动以及部件选型原则的系统设计,并对带式输送机的输送能力进行了生产能力校核。实践结果证明,设计的带式输送机系统符合《煤矿安全规程》的相关规定,带式输送机的输送能力1 102.68 t/h小于所选设备的额定输送能力1 200 t/h,能够满足矿井生产能力需求。
According to geology situation such as ups and downs of roadway layout and the working environment in more than 1 000 m deep shaft, computation basis, load pickup and system design process of selection principles were put forward. The production capacity of belt conveyor transmission was checked. The results proved that designing of belt conveyor system conformed to the related provisions on Coal Mine Safety Regulations, transmission capacity of belt conveyor1 102.68 t/h is less than the nominal transmission capacity 1 200 t/h, and it can meet the demand of the mine production capacity.
