摘要
运动估计是视频压缩的重要组成部分,运动估计算法的性能直接影响视频编码的效果。通过分析现有的块匹配运动估计算法,对其块间匹配过程以及模板选择过程进行了优化。进行块间匹配时选择较少的点代替全部的点,进行模板选择时引入随机化因子。实验结果表明,通过优化块匹配时计算点的数量可以有效减少算法的计算量。在模板选取过程中引入随机因子可以增强算法的适应性。
Motion estimation is an important component of video compression, performance of motion estimation algorithm has great effect on video encoding. By inspecting some mainstream block -matching motion estimation algorithm, improvement was conducted to the proce- dure of inter - block matching and the choose of template. During the inter - block matching, typical nodes were selected to instead all the nodes. Random element was introduced into existing algorithm when choose template. Experimental results showed that the reduction of nodes of inter - block matching can reduce the amount of calculation effectively. The introduction of random template increased the adapta- bility of the algorithm.
