摘要
目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合赖脯胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取我院确诊的2型糖尿病患者40例为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组各20例,给予对照组诺和灵R联合诺和灵N疗法,给予实验组甘精胰岛素联合赖脯胰岛素疗法,比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率(95.00%)优于对照组(60.00%),实验组患者低血糖的发生率(12.12%)较对照组(39.53%)降低,P<0.05。结论给予2型糖尿病患者甘精胰岛素联合赖脯胰岛素有效降低患者低血糖的发生,取得显著的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected into control group and observation group, 20 patients in each group. The control group patients were given Novolin R combined with Novolin N, and the observation group patients received insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group（95.00%） was significantly higher than that in control group（60.00%）, and the hypoglycemia incidence of observation group（12.1%）was significantly lower than that in control group（39.53%）,P〈0.05. Conclusion Intensive therapy of insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro for type 2 diabetes can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and get better clinical efficacy.
