摘要
为验证西部原油管道沿线各站在满输量运行下的设备状态,测试其输送能力,提高适应性,对该管线进行了满输量测试研究。测试前期通过仿真系统模拟获得不同输量台阶下沿线各站配泵方案,制定控制方式与压力控制标准。测试过程采用不同输量台阶稳定后,逐步增量方案。测试得出:管线在设计输量下沿线设备满足设计要求,获得不同批次的油品物性不同对沿线摩阻影响的大小不同及满输量运行的六个风险点;西部原油管道在满输量运行时应重视油品物性变化,避开运行风险点,实现管线安全优化运行。
In order to verify the equipment state at each station of the western crude oil pipeline in full load transportation condition, test its transport capacity and increase the adaptability, conducted is test study on full load transportation capacity of the pipeline. In early test, simulation system is applied to simulate and obtain pump setting schemes at each station of the pipeline in different load transportation capacity steps and determine the control mode and pressure control standard. In test process, gradual increment scheme is adopted in stable conditions of different load transportation capacity steps. Test results show that different oil properties in different batches have large effect on friction along the pipeline and identified are 6 risk points in operation condition of full load transportation capacity. Therefore, more attention shall be paid to changes of oil properties in the western oil pipeline in full load transportation capacity condition so as to avoid operation risks and assure safe and proper operation of the pipeline.
