摘要
目的:探讨应用肿痛消减汤预防混合痔外剥内扎术后出现并发症的临床价值分析。方法:将2013年7月—2014年7月在我院肛肠科治疗的120例混合痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗的方法,观察组在此基础上口服肿痛消减汤,治疗7 d后比较两组患者的症状改善情况。结果:比较两组患者治疗2、4、7 d肛门坠胀、水肿、排尿障碍、疼痛等方面,观察组均较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组排便及便血则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:肿痛消减汤预防混合痔外剥内扎术后出现并发症效果显著,可以改善肛周血液循环,有效防治肛周水肿、疼痛、排尿障碍,促进创面愈合,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective：Clinical value of application of complications by gall subtractive decoction in prevention of postoperative pain after Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Methods：120 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids in 2013 July-2014 year in July in the department of anus bowel hospital treatment of Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used the conventional treatment.The observation group with oral gall subtractive soup.7 days after treatment were compared between two groups of patients thesymptoms to improve the situation. Results：Compared two groups of patients with treatment of 2,4,7d anal swelling,edema,dysuria,pain etc.The observation group were lower than those in the control group improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.But no significant difference between the two groups of defecation and hematochezia（P0.05）. Conclusion：Gall subtractive decoction in prevention of postoperative pain after Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy complications is effective,can improve blood circulation of anus week,effective prevention of perianal edema,pain,urination disorders,promote wound healing,it has positive clinical significance.
