摘要
针对白灵菇采后出现菇体失水萎蔫、外表氧化褐变和微生物侵染腐烂变质等现象,综合分析导致白灵菇品质及商品价值下降的影响因素,并提出相应的保鲜措施。
In this paper, the phenomenon ofpleurotus nebrodensis postharvest quality decrease, such as water loss, browning and microbial infection, which are investigated and analyzed. In addition, the influencing factors and corresponding preventive measures ofpleurotus nebrodensis postharvest quality deterioration are summarized.
