摘要
为研究小南海不同区域表层湖水中磷形态含量、磷形态分布及季节变化特征,分别于2013年8月(丰水期)、12月(平水期)和2014年2月(枯水期)连续监测小南海湖水中不同磷形态含量与水质参数之间的相关性和湖水综合营养状态进行详细分析。研究结果表明:小南海湖水在不同季节的总磷(TP)都以溶解态(DTP)为主要存在形式,溶解态(DTP)以DP为主要组成成分,TP和DTP含量均呈现枯水期>丰水期>平水期的季节变化特征,DP含量呈现丰水期>平水期>枯水期的季节变化特征。小南海湖水中PP形态磷与电导率和DO呈极显著正相关,DP形态磷与p H呈极显著正相关,其余形态磷和现场测定参数无显著相关性。小南海湖水5号点位区域TP的浓度呈增长趋势,小南海湖水为中营养状态,总体水质较为良好。
The content of phosphorus species, the characteristics of phosphorus species distribution and seasonal variation in surface water of Xiaonanhai Lake were studied. In August 2013 ( high-water period ), December 2013 ( normal-water period), and February 2014 ( Low-water period), the correla- tion between the content of different phosphorus species and water quality parameters and nutritional status of Lake were also analyzed. The results showed that dissolved total phosphorus (DTP) was the main existing forms in total phosphorus (TP) in Xiaonanhai Lake in different seasons. Dissolved or- thophosohate (DP) was the main existing forms in DTP. The contents of TP and DTP in Xiaonanhai Lake during low-water period, high-water period, and normal-water period showed an order from high to low, while that of DP an order during high-water period, normal-water period, and low-water peri- od. The concentrations of TP has an increasing trend in the 5^th sampling points of Xiaonanhai Lake, the water quality was nutritional status and the overall relatively good.
