摘要 目的研究新护士阶梯式责任管床培训模式在临床中的应用效果。方法选择新护士80人,按进院时间先后分为两组。对照组(2009年1月至2011年7月)38人,实施传统跟班式培训3个月;观察组(2011年8月至2014年2月)42人,采用阶梯式责任管床与导师式带教、PBL教学相结合的阶梯式责任管床培训3个月。比较两组自我满意度、患者满意度、带教老师满意度以及专科知识、专科技能、护理质量。结果观察组自我满意度、患者满意度、带教老师满意度显著优于对照组,专科知识、专科技能、护理质量显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论采用阶梯式责任管床培训模式有助于提高新护士工作积极性,帮助她们实现自我价值,最终提高护理质量与患者满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-step training on bed management for new nurses. Methods A total of 80 new nur- ses were divided into an observation group of 42, and a control group of 38. The control group were given traditional training, while the observation group were subjected to multi-step training on bed management, together with problem-based learning and guidance of mentors. After three months, nursesr self satisfaction, satisfaction of patients and teachers, as well as specialty know- ledge and skills and nursing quality were compared. Results After the training, all the measurements in the observation group were significantly higher and better than the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Multistep training on bed management for new nurses can stimulate their working enthusiasm and help them to realize self value, which eventually improves nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
