某离心压气机机匣扩稳试验研究及机理分析

摘要 以某燃气轮机离心压气机为研究对象,对轴向斜缝式处理机匣和实壁机匣进行对比试验研究。试验结果表明:处理机匣扩展了压气机的稳定裕度,但效率有所降低。为探究机匣处理的扩稳机理,进行了压气机流场分析及数值模拟计算。计算结果表明:轴向斜缝式机匣处理明显改善了离心叶轮尖部流场,提高了压气机的稳定裕度,同时,机匣处理带来了更多二次流损失,导致压气机效率下降。 Casing with axial skewed slots and solid casing were experimentally investigated for a centrifugal compressor. The experi- mental results show that casing treatment increases the stable operation range and reduces the efficiency. For exploring the mechanism of casing treatment which as an effective way to increase the compressor stable operation range, a simulation and flow field analysis for the centrifugal compressor were performed. The computational results show that this casing treatment with axial skewed slots can im- prove flow field in the tip of the centrifugal impeller blades, so the stability of the compressor enhanced. Casing treatment brings more secondary flow loss, so the efficiency of the centrifugal compressor declined.
