植物代谢产物在抗病反应中的功能研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 植物在和病原微生物共同进化的过程中形成了复杂的免疫防卫系统,其中,植物的代谢途径在其免疫防卫系统中发挥重要作用。植物在多种代谢过程中产生许多可提高植物抗病性的代谢产物,这些代谢产物是构成植物免疫系统的重要物质基础。为了了解不同的代谢产物在植物抗病中的功能及其机制,笔者结合近年研究,综述了植物代谢产物水杨酸、植物凝集素、富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白以及次生代谢产物植保素、木质素、胼胝质的生化特点;这些代谢产物在植物抗病作用中的功能及其在抗病信号传导途径中的作用机制也得以阐明。 Plants have established a complicated immunity system during co-evolution with pathogens, and their metabolism plays important role in the immunity system. In various metabolic processes, it produced many metabolites which could improve plant disease resistance, and these metabolites formed important material basis for plant immunity system. To understand the functions and mechanism of the metabolites in plant disease resistance, according to recent studies, we reviewed biochemistry characteristics of plant metabolites including salicylic acid, lectins, hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins and secondary metabolites momilactones, lignin and callose. Moreover, the function of these metabolites in plant disease resistance and their action mechanism in resistance signal transduction were also illustrated.
