摘要
为探索不同种类果蔬的破坏特性,选取白萝卜、土豆和苹果为研究对象进行压缩试验,分别得到了3种试样的破坏力、破坏极限、破坏能和弹性模量值,方差分析结果表明:不同种类果蔬力学特性指标差异显著,白萝卜的特性参数值均显著高于土豆、苹果参数值。
To explore the damage characteristics of different kinds of fruits and vegetables, the compression characteristics of three kinds of fruits and vegetables are analyzed in the study. White radish, potato and apple were selected as the research object for compression test, The destructive force, failure limit, failure energy and elastic modulus value of the three samples have been obtained respectively, the results of variance analysis shows: the mechanical characteristics of different kinds of fruit and vegetable have significant indicators, the characteristics values of white radish were significantly higher than that of potato and apple.
