摘要
基于延长油田东部地区地质条件和水平井钻井状况的认知,分析了延长浅层大位移水平井的固井难点。储层温度下水泥浆体系设计困难、垂深浅套管下入摩阻大、后期分段压裂改造对固井质量要求高是其面临的突出难题。研发了低温下强度20 MPa以上的低温微膨胀水泥浆体系,结合双漂浮接箍、优化扶正器组合等降摩减阻下套管技术,井眼准备、隔离液三级冲洗紊流顶替、漂浮顶替等一系列提高顶替效率措施,确保了延长首口浅层大位移水平井七平1井的顺利施工,固井质量良好。为延长油田进一步钻大位移水平井开发浅层难动用资源提供了技术支撑。
Base on the geological conditions in eastern areas and the drilling records of horizontal well,the difficulties of cementing in shallow extended reach horizontal well have been analyzed. The prominent problems are slurry,which is difficult to design under low reservoir temperature, the shallow vertical depth cause the difficulties of running casing and later subsection fracturing on cementing quality requirements.In this paper,a kind of micro-expansion slurry whose strength can reach above 20 MPa under low temperature has been developed.Double floating collar and op-timizing centralizer combination to reduce frictional drag of casing running,and a series of meas-ures to improve the replacement efficiency have studied in the article.The measures include the borehole preparation,three-stage flushing and floating turbulent displacement.The above tech-nique to ensure the smooth construction of QiPing-1 well is the first shallow extended reach hori-zontal well in Yanchang oilfield.The results provide technical support for the further exploitation of shallow difficult-to-produce reserves with horizontal well.
