摘要
综述了目前焦化行业的概况,针对独立焦化企业产品单一、经营状况不断恶化的局面,提出了独立焦化企业产品结构调整的几种思路。以某3家独立焦化企业为例,根据企业实际情况,确定了3种不同类型的产品调整技术方案,并做了简单经济测算。结果显示,经产品调整后,企业可实现扭亏为盈,并有较好的经济效益。建议在初步产品结构调整见效后,还可进行深度产品结构调整,形成产业链,生产精细化工及新材料产品。
The general situation of China＇s coking industry was introduced and several ideas of readjusting the product structure of the coking enterprises with the sole product of coke was proposed to overcome their problems of having only one product and their increasing economic downturn. Three coking enterprises of different types with the sole product of coke were set as an example, and based on the actual situations of the three enterprises three product readjustment schemes were determined and their brief economic projections were worked out. The result indicated that after the adjustment of their product structure, fairly good economic benefits could be obtained and losses could be turned into gains. It was suggested that after the preliminary product structure adjustment became effective, the in-depth adjustment could be started and an industry chain could take shape to produce fine chemical products and new material products.
