摘要
设计基于步进电动机的智能窗控制系统,通过对各种天气情况的检测,实现对住宅窗户的开闭进行控制。主要内容包括:数据检测与采集系统电路设计、数据的转换与分析处理系统电路设计、执行机构电路设计、系统软件设计等几部分。数据检测与采集系统由传感器网络构成,使用各种传感器对天气条件进行判断及对窗户位置进行判断。数据转换与分析处理系统由AD转换器及单片机组成,完成对数据的转换与分析。采用L297、L298组合电路作为步进电动机的驱动电路组成,控制步进电动机按要求工作。智能窗户系统的软件用C语言编写,实现了系统各项功能。
The intelligent window control system based on stepper motor was designed, which can realize the open and close windows control depending on various weather conditions. The main content of this paper includes circuit detection and data acquisition system design, data conversion and processing system circuit design, actuator circuit design, system software and so on. Data detection and acquisition system consists of sensors, using various sensors to judge weather condi- tions and detect the position of windows. Data conversion and processing system is composed of AD converter and single chip microcomputer. Executive mechanism is composed of a stepper motor and its driving circuit. The software was pro- grammed by C language to achieve the system functions.
