摘要 介绍了M701F燃气轮机启动过程中主燃料流量控制阀差压高异常报警的现象,根据系统组成对主燃料压力控制阀A、主燃料压力控制阀B和主燃料流量控制阀分别进行分析,查到主燃料压力控制阀B卡件故障和主燃料流量控制阀伺服阀卡涩的原因,采取更换故障元件,解决了主燃料流量控制阀差压高异常问题,为同类型机组安全运行提供借鉴。 The abnormal alarm of main fuel flow control valve of a M701F gas turbine due to high differential pressure during start-up process is described. According to the system composition, the main fuel pressure control valve A, B and the main fuel flow control valve are analyzed. It was known that the main fuel pressure control valve B card had fault and the main fuel flow control valve servo valve was jammed. Therefore, the defective components were replaced and the abnormal problem of high differential pressure of main fuel flow control valve were solved. Thus, it can be served as a reference for the safe operation to the similar type units.
