不同类型胶质瘤组织中GFAP与S100β的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测不同类型胶质瘤组织中GFAP和S100β的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用HE染色观察胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)、星形细胞瘤(AST)、少突胶质瘤(ODG)、椎管内神经鞘瘤(INST)及垂体腺瘤(PAM)组织的细胞形态,采用免疫组织化学法以及Western Blot检测和比较不同类型胶质瘤组织中GFAP和S100β蛋白的表达。结果肿瘤的恶性程度以ODG最高,AST、GBM次之,PAM/INST最低。GFAP在AST/GBM中表达最强,INST、PAM中最弱;S100β在GBM、AST中表达最强,ODG、PAM中最弱。结论结合HE染色、GFAP和S100β的表达结果综合分析胶质瘤的来源及分化程度可较好地诊断胶质瘤的类型。 Objective To detect the expressions of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) and S100β in different types of gliomas and to investigate its clinical significances. Methods We applied the HE staining to observe the morphology of the glioblastoma multiforme(GBM), astrocytoma(AST), oligodendrocytes glioma(ODG), intraspinal nerve sheath tumors(INST) and pituitary adenoma(PAM) tissue cells, and detect the expressions of GFAP and S100β in different types of gliomas by immunohistochemistry and western blot. Results 1As for the malignant degree, ODG was the highest, AST and GBM lower, and PAM/INST was the lowest. 2The expression of GFAP was the highest in AST/GBM, but lowest in INST and PAM. The expression of S100β was also the highest in AST/GBM, but lowest in ODG and PAM. Conclusion Taking all the HE staining results and expressions of GFAP and S100 into consideration, comprehensive analysis on the source and the differentiation degrees of glioma may be applied to diagnose the nature of glioma better.
