摘要
童子军既是一种少年儿童组织,也可视作一场全球范围的儿童运动。许多国家和地区依据年龄段设计了逐层递进的童子军组织,让童子军训练覆盖从幼儿到成人的各阶段。为发展儿童在不同领域的潜能,童子军训练主要围绕童子军智能、露营技能、森林知识等内容依托荣誉制度、晋级和徽章制度以及小队制度展开。如何依托少儿组织开展教育活动,如何设计活动的形式和内容,童子军的组织和活动能为中国儿童教育提供些许启示。
Boy Scout is not only a children's organization but also a global children's movement too. According to age group, progressive scouting was designed by countries and regions so as to make scouting cover the stage from early childhood to adult. Scoutcraft, campcraft, and woodcraft, which cooperating with honor system, advancement & awards sys- tem, and patrol system, are cultivated to develop children's potential in different areas.How to use children's organization to implement activities and how to design the form and con- tent of the activities, we can draw on good experiences of Boy Scout.
